Refund Policy

At The Johnston Co., most items are made to order or created specifically for each customer. Because of the custom and preorder nature of our products, all sales are considered final.

We do not accept returns, exchanges, or cancellations once an order has been placed.

If your item arrives damaged, defective, or if there is an error on our part, please contact us within 3 days of receiving your order so we can make it right.

For apparel, customers are responsible for reviewing sizing information before placing an order. Due to the made-to-order process, we cannot offer refunds or exchanges for incorrect size selections.

Custom items including homecoming mums, garters, senior sashes, personalized gifts, and specialty orders are non-refundable.
