Ordering & Preorders

How do preorders work?

Most items are offered as preorders during a set ordering window. Once the preorder closes, production begins and estimated turnaround times are listed on each product.

What is your turnaround time?

Turnaround time varies by item. Most custom and preorder pieces range from 2–6 weeks. Current estimates are always listed on the product page.

Can I order after a preorder closes?

Sometimes! If extras are available, they will be added to the website. Otherwise, you'll need to wait for the next drop.

Custom Orders

Do you offer custom designs?

Yes! I offer custom spirit wear, teacher apparel, team apparel, and personalized pieces. Use the Contact page or Custom Order form to get started.

Can I request a specific school or mascot?

Absolutely. I love creating pieces that represent your school, team, and traditions.

Can I see a mockup before ordering?

For custom orders, mockups are provided before final approval whenever possible.

Shipping & Pickup

Do you offer local pickup?

Yes! Local pickup is available in Whitney, Aquilla, and occasionally other areas in Hill County.

Do you ship?

Yes, shipping is available on most products.
