While I work hard to meet estimated timelines, occasional delays may occur due to vendor production schedules, shipping carriers, weather, or high order volume. If a delay occurs, I will keep you informed throughout the process.
Lost or Damaged Packages
The Johnston Co. is not responsible for packages lost, stolen, or delayed after they have been accepted by the shipping carrier. If your order arrives damaged, please contact me within 3 days of delivery.
